The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the city and beautiful views from the hilltop. The staff was friendly and quick to assist with any requests. The onsite parking garage was convenient for those traveling with a car, and the European breakfast was delicious.

The lighting throughout the hotel was too bright and the atmosphere felt a bit sterile. The spa and pool area could have been cleaner, with limited space for changing.

The mini bar snacks were included in the room rate, which was a nice touch. our stay at Villa Maia was fantastic, and we would definitely choose to stay there again.
